步入式高低溫濕試驗箱的構造及基本故障處理方法

 

  步入式是集合了高溫、低溫、濕熱為一體的試驗箱-高低溫濕熱交變試驗箱,它的修理難度較其它環境試驗設備大,且具有代表性。下面談一談步入式高低溫濕熱試驗箱的構造及一些常見故障和排除方法。

  一、構(gou)造

 由箱體(ti)、風(feng)循(xun)環系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、制冷(leng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、加熱系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)控濕(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)組成。風(feng)循(xun)環系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)一般采(cai)(cai)用(yong)可調(diao)節送風(feng)方(fang)向的(de)結(jie)(jie)構;加濕(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)有采(cai)(cai)用(yong)鍋(guo)爐加濕(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)表面蒸發二種(zhong);降溫、除濕(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)空調(diao)工(gong)況制冷(leng)結(jie)(jie)構;加熱系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)電熱鰭片加熱和(he)(he)電爐絲直(zhi)接加熱二種(zhong)結(jie)(jie)構;溫濕(shi)(shi)度(du)測試方(fang)法采(cai)(cai)用(yong)干濕(shi)(shi)球測試方(fang)法,也有用(yong)濕(shi)(shi)度(du)傳感器直(zhi)接測量(liang)方(fang)法;控制和(he)(he)顯(xian)示操(cao)作界面采(cai)(cai)用(yong)溫濕(shi)(shi)度(du)分開獨(du)立和(he)(he)溫濕(shi)(shi)度(du)組合控制器等(deng)方(fang)式。

  二、一些常見故障和排除(chu)方(fang)法

  1、在(zai)做濕(shi)(shi)熱試驗中,出現實際濕(shi)(shi)度會達到或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)實際濕(shi)(shi)度與(yu)目標濕(shi)(shi)度相差很(hen)大,數值低得很(hen)多,前者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)現象:可(ke)(ke)能是(shi)(shi)(shi)濕(shi)(shi)球傳(chuan)感器(qi)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)紗布(bu)干燥(zao)引起,那就要(yao)檢查濕(shi)(shi)球傳(chuan)感器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)槽中是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)缺水(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)槽中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)位(wei)是(shi)(shi)(shi)由一水(shui)(shui)位(wei)控(kong)制器(qi)自動控(kong)制的(de)(de)(de),查水(shui)(shui)位(wei)控(kong)制器(qi)供水(shui)(shui)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)供水(shui)(shui)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang),水(shui)(shui)位(wei)控(kong)制器(qi)工(gong)作是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)。另一種可(ke)(ke)能就是(shi)(shi)(shi)濕(shi)(shi)球紗布(bu)因使用時(shi)間(jian)長,或(huo)(huo)供水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)純凈度的(de)(de)(de)原因,會使紗布(bu)變(bian)硬,使紗布(bu)無(wu)法(fa)吸收水(shui)(shui)份而干燥(zao),只要(yao)更換或(huo)(huo)清洗紗布(bu)即可(ke)(ke)排(pai)除以(yi)上(shang)現象。后者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)現象主要(yao)是(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)不工(gong)作,查看(kan)加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)供水(shui)(shui)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),供水(shui)(shui)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)內是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)有(you)一定的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)量,控(kong)制加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)鍋(guo)爐(lu)水(shui)(shui)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)位(wei)控(kong)制是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang),加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)鍋(guo)爐(lu)內的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)位(wei)是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)。如以(yi)上(shang)一切(qie)都正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang),那就要(yao)檢查電(dian)器(qi)控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)(tong),這要(yao)請專業維修人員進行檢修。

2、還要定期(qi)進行維(wei)護(hu)保養,制冷(leng)系統的冷(leng)凝器定期(qi)清理,對于活動部件應按說明書加油(you)潤滑(hua),電器控制系統定期(qi)維(wei)護(hu)檢(jian)查等等,這(zhe)些(xie)工作是*的。

3、在高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)試驗(yan)中,如(ru)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)變化達不到(dao)試驗(yan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)值時(shi),可以檢查(cha)(cha)電(dian)器系統,逐一排(pai)除故障(zhang)。如(ru)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)升得(de)很(hen)慢,就(jiu)要查(cha)(cha)看(kan)風循(xun)環系統,看(kan)一下風循(xun)環的調節擋板是(shi)否開啟正常,反之(zhi),就(jiu)檢查(cha)(cha)風循(xun)環的電(dian)機運轉是(shi)否正常。如(ru)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)過沖厲(li)害那么(me)就(jiu)需要整定PID的設(she)置參數(shu)。如(ru)果溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)直接(jie)上升,過溫(wen)(wen)(wen)保護(hu),那么(me),控制器出故障(zhang),須更換控制儀表。
